Hygienic design
The RePasco process is a top class hygienic process with superior control of every step of the process. We use nothing but stainless steel throughout the process line, as would a food production site for human consumption.
Time & Temperature
With a dehydration time of less than 60 seconds and a temperature of less than 80 degrees the RePasco process is unbeatable when it comes to preserving the natural nutrients.

Food Safety
To guarantee heightened levels of feed and food safety, Repasco is currently evaluating the integration of autoclave technology and saturated steam into our dry meals. These tests are being conducted on the dry meals to validate the unique attributes provided by the Repascos patent pending processes. These assessments are being carried out in partnership with Napasol.
Other treatments for bacteria control, suitable with the repasco process, are high pressure (HPP) and radiation and PEF treatments.
